       watch.

       Another light plane approaches from the opposite direction.

106.   INT. HEAVIES' PLANE #2:  CLOSE FULL  (PROCESS & PLATE)
       A re-dress of test plane #1.  Stark is seated next to or
       in back of the pilot and is working a small control panel
       without a viewing screen.

            THE RAVEN'S VOICE:  (on radio)

            Calling Stark.  Calling Stark.

            STARK:  (into mike)

            This is Stark.  We've just spotted the test plane and
            are approaching it now.

       FOR A LATER CUT:

            STARK:  (to pilot)

            We're almost within range.  Close in on him.
