                                                     #1001 EP. 2-6.

27. INT. WAREHOUSE: LONG MEDIUM
Corey and Greg in F.G. turn and start to B.G. when The
Copperhead springs from concealment, covering them with
      his gun.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

Hold it right there! Interesting job you boys got. It
takes you to the most fascinating places. Hand over that
           package!

The Copperhead suddenly glances O.S. to side, fires in that
direction and takes cover again behind a crate, as Corey and
Greg in F.G. do the same. HOLD FOR CUTS of gunfight.

28. COVER CUT OF THE COPPERHEAD FOR ABOVE

29. INT. WAREHOUSE: CLOSE FULL
The N.D., who has been covering the opposite side of the
warehouse, reacts to the above dialogue, draws his gun and
aims O.S. For a LATER CUT he takes The Copperhead's bullet
      and falls from scene.

30. INT. WAREHOUSE: MEDIUM CLOSE
Corey and Greg, from behind some cover, fire a few shots O.S.
      FOR INTERCUTTING.

           COREY:

This set-up stinks! We gotta get outta here.

           GREG:

There's some steps back there. I'll cover you, then you
           cover me.

           COREY: (slightly surprised)

Hey, that's pretty good. Start blastin'.

As Greg starts firing rapidly Corey runs out of shot to B.G.
For a LATER CUT Greg follows him.

31. INT. WAREHOUSE: MEDIUM FULL
A flight of steps (as long as possible and matching interior
set) where Corey pauses for a moment, then starts up.
Reaching the top, he fires down O.S. For a LATER CUT Greg
      runs up steps to him.
