75.   CONTINUED:
      In the struggle that follows, The Copperhead kicks the N.D.
      against the wall, knocking him out.  He tries to work the
      controls but they are jammed in the up position.  Finally he
      removes the trap door in roof of car and tries to climb out.
      The Copperhead is out about to waist level when the N.D.
      regains consciousness and grabs his legs, trying to pull him
      back down.  They struggle in that position until car reaches
      the top.

thru) COVER  CUTS  FOR ABOVE ACTION

79.   INSERT:  CLOSE
      Control panel being smashed by crowbar.

80.   INSERT:  CLOSE
      On control panel as The Copperhead's hands try to work
      Mechanism to no avail.  HOLD FOR CUTS as indicator climbs about
      40 more floors.

81.   INSERT:  LONG FULL  (EXTREME UP ANGLE)
      This will be shot from bottom of elevator shaft and will HOLD
      while elevator car climbs toward top.  FOR ANOTHER CUT
      elevator car drops onto CAMERA.  VERY FAST.

82.   INT. ELEVATOR SHAFT:  CLOSE FULL
      On the roof of the elevator car.  The Copperhead climbs out
      through the opening to waist level.  He looks back down
      through the opening, struggling with the N.D. O.S.  He pushes
      down on the roof of the car with his hands, trying to lift
      himself out, without success.  RUN FOR CUTS.  For a FINAL CUT
      he looks up at the top of the shaft.

83.   INT. ELEVATOR SHAFT:  LONG FULL  (EXTREME DOWN ANGLE)
      Top of elevator car ascending toward CAMERA with The
      Copperhead.

      (TRACK TO THIS POINT FROM "CAPTAIN AMERICA"  EP. 5 END)
      (MATCH TRACK AND SWITCH HERE)

84.   STOCK:  "TANGIER"
      On girder, as top of elevator comes into view and pulleys
      crush girder causing the cables to snap as roof of car drops
      back down.
