                                                     #1001 EP. 3-1.

                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                            EPISODE THREE

FADE IN:

 1. INT. ELEVATOR SHAFT: CLOSE LEVEL SHOT
The Copperhead, who is partly out of the trap door opening in
the roof of the car, looks up at the SOUND of the cables
breaking, and quickly reaches up and grabs the girder above
      his head.

 2. INT. ELEVATOR SHAFT: MEDIUM FULL
The Copperhead is hanging from the girder at the top of the
shaft as the car drops from under him. For a LATER CUT he
swings from side to side and kicks open the door to the roof,
      then swings outside.

(THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)

 3. EXT. ROOF (ELEVATOR HOUSING): MEDIUM FULL
The door kicks open and The Copperhead comes swinging out,
landing on his feet. He looks about, then runs out of scene.

DISSOLVE TO:

 4. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: MEDIUM FULL
Joan is giving a drink of water to Jeff, who is seated in the
chair occupied by Corey in Episode Two, as he recovers from
the blow on the head. Bob enters from lobby and confronts
      them.

           BOB:

Joan. What's been going on here?

           JOAN:

I don't know for sure. I came back to see how you were
Doing with Corey, and when I came in, he was going out
           the window.

           BOB:

           What happened, Jeff?
