                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                             EPISODE FOUR

FADE IN:

 1. INT. HEAVIES' APARTMENT: LONG CLOSE
As The Copperhead is untying Joan from the chair the N.D.
heavy, lying on the floor between him and the table with the
spear gun, wakes, picks up a prop and rises quickly behind
him, raising his hand to strike him on the head.

 2. COVER CUT of N.D. waking and rising.

 3. INT. HEAVIES' APARTMENT: CLOSE FULL
On N.D., spear embedded in his back, as The Copperhead whirls
      around and the N.D. falls.

(THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)

 4. INT. HEAVIES' APARTMENT: MEDIUM CLOSE
The Copperhead glances down at the fallen heavy, then resumes
      untying Joan.

           JOAN: (rising from chair)

Say, you're a handy guy to have around. How'd you find
           me?

           THE COPPERHEAD:

Jeff Stevens called Bob Wayne, and I happened to call
before he left the office. He told me where you were,
           and I got here first.

He glances out of the window as Corey and Greg run out of room.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

I see Bob Wayne's car down there, so you should be alright
           now. I'll take after them.

He runs out after the heavies, CAMERA PANNING.

 5. COVER CUT of Corey and Greg awakening and running out.

 6. EXT. UNDETERMINED BUILDING #1 (FRONT ENTRANCE)! MEDIUM FULL
Corey and Greg run out of building and out of scene.
