           BOB:

           And, who made the suggestion?

           LANDERS:

           Why, it was...

Landers' last line is cut short by an O.S. SHOT and he drops
from scene. Bob ducks to cover as another SHOT COMES OVER.

32. INT. BARN: MEDIUM CLOSE
Corey and Greg stand in the doorway and fire the SECOND shot in
scene #31, then duck for cover outside the doorway and firing
      back inside at Bob.

33. INT. BARN: CLOSE FULL
Bob, behind crates or other cover, fires a couple of shots FOR
CUTS. He then glances quickly about and runs out of scene.

On Corey and Greg firing into barn from either side of doorway.
RUN FOR CUTS. FOR A LATER CUT Corey states:

           COREY:

We can't get him this way, and we can't get around him
because there's no doors and windows except this one.

           GREG:

Yeah, but he ain't goin' nowhere either.

           COREY:

He can outwait us. He's probably got Stevens coming a
few minutes behind him. We've got to make it quick.

(he pauses and thinks for a moment)

I got it. There are some grenades in the car. Let's go.

They fire a few more shots to cover their retreat.

35. INT. BARN: CLOSE FULL
Bob runs into scene and takes cover behind an upright steel
drum, again firing off at heavies. RUN FOR CUTS
