 7.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE  (REPEAT EP. 1 - #9)

DISSOLVE THRU TO:

 8.   INT. PARKER'S LAB:  LONG FULL
      Parker is seated at his desk as Bob, Jeff and Joan have just
      finished telling him of the stolen transistors.  Joan is
      standing near the control panel.

           PROFESSOR PARKER:

           Then they will undoubtedly use my control cell in their
           next plot.

           BOB:

           I'm afraid so, Professor.  It looks like we're in for it.

           JEFF:

           If only we had some way of combating it, it wouldn't be
           so bad.

           PROFESSOR PARKER:

           Well, we still have one advantage they may not be aware
           of.

           BOB:

           Oh?  What's that?

           PROFESSOR PARKER:

           Whenever they use one of the control cells, it will show
           up on the viewing screen of my control panel, even though
           I can't assume control.

           JEFF:

           Hey, that's pretty sharp.  But, we'll have to be right on
           the ball since the screen won't activate until the cell is
           being used.  That won't leave us much time to catch them.

           JOAN:  (suddenly glancing down at viewing screen)

           Dad!  Bob!  There's an image showing on the screen now.
