75.   EXT. STREET #2 IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  LONG CLOSE
      On Jeff's car #1.

76.   EXT. STREET #2 IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  CLOSE FULL
      Jeff, seated behind the wheel, smoking a cigarette, suddenly
      notices something and reacts by tossing the cigarette out the
      window and then opening the door.

77.   EXT. STREET #3 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  LONG FULL
      Greg comes cautiously into scene from around corner in B.G.,
      walks over to a steel drum at the side of a building, looks
      cautiously about, and then looks inside the drum.

78.   EXT. STREET #2 IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  MEDIUM FULL
      Jeff gets out of his car, draws his gun, and calls a warning to
      Greg.

           JEFF:

           Hold it, Greg!

      For a LATER CUT he ducks behind the open car door and fires at
      O.S. Greg, whose shots COME OVER.  RUN FOR INTERCUTTING.  For a
      FINAL CUT Jeff comes from cover and rushes out of scene toward
      O.S. Greg.

79.   EXT. STREET #3 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      On Greg at the drum as he reacts to Jeff's warning, draws his
      gun, ducks behind the drum, and fires at O.S. Jeff.  RUN FOR
      INTERCUTTING.  For a FINAL CUT his gun empties and he runs back
      in the direction he came from.

80.   EXT. STREET #4 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  LONG FULL
      Greg runs around a corner with the SOUND of Jeff's shots COMING
      OVER.  For a LATER CUT Jeff runs into scene from behind CAMERA,
      slows to a stop, and then starts back to his car.

WIPE TO:

81.   EXT. STREET #1 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT:  LONG FULL
      Greg comes running into scene from B.G. and up to the truck,
      where he joins Corey, who is standing there, waiting.

           COREY:

           Well, where's the dough?
