                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                             EPISODE SEVEN

FADE IN:

 1. INT. FOLEY'S FACTORY: LONG FULL
The Copperhead, standing on the catwalk, looks off over the
rail at presumed O.S. explosion. He reacts quickly by grabbing
a rope tied off on the rail and swings from the catwalk out of
      scene.

 2. INT. FOLEY'S FACTORY: LONG FULL (POSSIBLY DOWN ANGLE)
The Copperhead on the rope swings toward a window at the far
end of the factory. THIS CAN BE HALTED BEFORE TOUCHING WINDOW.

 3. EXT. FOLEY'S FACTORY (REAR): LONG FULL
The Copperhead comes smashing through the window to drop past
      or below CAMERA.

 4. EXT. STREET #5 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT: MEDIUM FULL
On The Copperhead hitting the ground and rolling a bit. For a
LATER CUT he gets to his feet, looks off at the O.S. explosion,
      and exits.

(THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)

 5. EXT. STREET #1 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT: MEDIUM FULL
On the heavies' truck #7 as Greg runs into scene and up to
Corey who is just climbing out of the rear of the truck.

           COREY:

           Well, is there anything left?

           GREG:

It was a beauty. The whole joint went up. I never saw
           so many explosions.

           COREY:

Great. Now let's get outta here.

 6. EXT. STREET #1 (OR ALLEY) IN FACTORY DISTRICT: LONG FULL
Corey and Greg start back toward the truck cab and spot Jeff
rounding the corner in the far B.G.
