                                                    #1001 EP. 7-10.

63. INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE: LONG FULL
In B.G., Corey and Greg are using the pulley to raise the big
crate. They have it resting on the edge of the platform and
Greg tips it off as Corey runs the winch, allowing enough slack
so that the crate is being held up by the rope in a tilted
position off the platform. Meanwhile, in the foreground, The
Copperhead, keeping to the cover of some crates, makes his way
closer to the platform, watching them.

65.)

66. INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE: CLOSE FULL
Joan reaches Jeff tied in chair and begins to untie him. For a
LATER CUT she finishes untying his hands and arms and while he
unties his feet she runs out of scene to help The Copperhead.

67. INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE: CLOSE FULL
The Copperhead as he reaches his final observation point of
cover in scene #63 facing CAMERA. For a LATER CUT he steps out
from cover and covers the heavies.

68. INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE: MEDIUM FULL (SLIGHT UP ANGLE)
On the platform where Corey and Greg halt their work on the
      crate and start toward CAMERA.

           COREY:

Okay. Go to the truck and back it in. We'll lower the
           crate into it from there.

As they start toward CAMERA The Copperhead gets the drop on
them and they stop short, reacting.

           THE COPPERHEAD: (O.S.)

Just hold it right there. Now take the guns out....
Left hand! That's it.... real slow. Now toss 'em
           over there!

Corey and Greg start to reach for guns with right hand, stop,
remove them with left hand and throw them in the direction
indicated. While doing this they edge their way toward the
edge of the platform. Lying on the edge of the platform is a
wrench or crowbar and Corey kicks this PAST CAMERA.

69. INSERT: CLOSE
On Corey's foot approaching the wrench or crowbar and kicking
      same out of scene.
