                                                     #1001 EP. 8-7.

35. EXT. STORAGE TANK AREA: MEDIUM CLOSE
Jeff, who is driving, has stopped. Bob opens opposite door and
starts to get out, then reacts.

           BOB:

           It's Corey and Greg!

Bob draws his gun, and for a LATER CUT he fires at the O.S.
heavies. For a still LATER CUT he gets back inside and closes
the door as the car pulls out of scene after the truck.

36. EXT. STORAGE TANK AREA: LONG FULL
The heavies' truck #9 backs out and takes off down the street,
Corey firing from behind a drum on rear of truck. CAMERA PANS
IT AWAY. CAMERA PANS BACK to include Jeff's car #1 which also
takes off in the same direction, CAMERA PANNING WITH IT.

37. EXT. CHASE SEQUENCE #2: LONG FULL (LOCATION: SIMILAR STREET
TO PREVIOUS SCENE WITH SIDE ROAD LEADING TO SLIGHT UP GRADE)
The heavies' truck #9 roars into scene from behind CAMERA and
turns sharply off onto the side road taking the grade, Corey
still firing from back. For a LATER CUT Jeff's car #1 follows
through in the same direction, Bob firing.

(NOTE: FROM THIS POINT ON TRUCK TRAVEL SHOT MAY BE STOCK OR NOT)

38. EXT. CHASE SEQUENCE #2: LONG FULL TRAVEL
On highway with slight grade, the heavies's truck #9 enters
CAMERA LEFT and CAMERA PANS IT OUT RIGHT. CAMERA PANS BACK and
picks up Jeff's car #1 PANNING IT THROUGH.

39.)
40.) SEVERAL TRUCK AND CAR TRAVEL SHOTS, TO MATCH STOCK OR NOT
41.)

42. EXT. CHASE SEQUENCE #2: CLOSE FULL (INT. JEFF'S CAR #1)
SHOOT THROUGH BOTH WINDOWS: TWO ANGLES
Jeff handles the wheel while Bob fires at O.S. fleeing heavies'
truck from his window. RUN THIS FOR SEVERAL CUTS, during which
Bob relates some ridiculous "shaggy dog" story to Jeff while
firing and reloading. Just before the "punch line" Bob reacts
to the O.S. drums rolling toward them and warns Jeff.

           BOB:

           Hey! Look out!
