                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                             EPISODE NINE


FADE IN:

 1.   INT. CHEMICAL COMPANY:  MEDIUM FULL
      The Copperhead jumps at Lawton, who is on the bags of powdered
      chemical, and Lawton kicks him over his head and The Copperhead
      lands through the loading opening and into the rear of the
      truck outside, as Lawton leaps to his feet and runs out of
      scene to opposite side.

 2.   EXT. CHEMICAL COMPANY:  CLOSE FULL
      At the rear of the truck as The Copperhead rolls in from scene
      #1.

 3.   EXT. CHEMICAL COMPANY:  LONG FULL
      As Hank drives the truck away from the side of the building, TO
      and PAST CAMERA.


      (THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)


 4.   EXT. STREET #2 NEAR CHEMICAL COMPANY:  LONG FULL
      As truck roars in and to B.G., Corey and Greg pull out after it
      in their car #2.

 5.   EXT. STREET #2 NEAR CHEMICAL COMPANY: CLOSE FULL (INT. CAR #2)
      Corey is sitting next to Greg, who is driving.  He reacts to
      what he sees ahead.

           COREY:

           Hey!  The Copperhead!  He must have jumped in when the
           truck pulled out.  Step on it. We've got to stop him.

 6.   EXT. FACTORY DISTRICT:  LONG FULL
      As the truck #9 comes down the street and the heavies' car #2
      roars up along side it on the driver's side.

 7.   EXT. FACTORY DISTRICT:  CLOSE FULL  (DOWN ANGLE)
      On Corey's window as he leans his head out and shouts a warning
      to Hank in the truck.
