46. CONTINUED:
JEFF:
In a phone booth on fifteen, near Higgins Road.
BOB:
Want me to pick you up?
JEFF:
No, no.... I've decided to live here.
BOB:
Okay, okay. Sit tight. I'll be out to get you as soon
as I can.
Bob gets up from desk.
47. EXT. PHONE BOOTH #2: CLOSE FULL
On Jeff to cover his end of intercut conversation.
48. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: LONG FULL
Bob gets up from desk and, picking up his hat, starts for the
door. Just as he reaches it the telephone rings again and he
walks back to the desk, sitting on it and lifting the receiver.
49. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: CLOSE FULL
Bob answers the telephone, overlapping the above action.
BOB:
Hello. Yes, speaking. Who?
THE RAVEN:
You heard me, Wayne. I have Joan Parker here, and am
calling in regard to an exchange. You have Professor
Parker's Seismotron plans in your safe. I want them in
exchange for her life.
BOB:
Well, it looks like this round is yours. Where do I
take them?
