64. CONTINUATION OF SCENE #60: SAME ANGLE
The Raven stands facing The Copperhead and examines the plans
in the envelope. Satisfied with them, he replaces them in the
      envelope.

           THE RAVEN:

Excellent! And now, I shall keep my part of the bargain.
You will find Miss Parker, unharmed, in the next room.

The Copperhead looks at the O.S. door and walks in that
      direction.

65. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM FULL
In the back room, Jeff enters through the rear door, gun in
hand, and cautiously looks around. For a LATER CUT he steps
      quickly PAST CAMERA.

66. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM CLOSE
On Joan, who is tied in chair and gagged, as Jeff runs into
scene. She moves her head to indicate that he should remove
the gag first. He does, and she screams a warning.

           JOAN:

           Stop! The door is wired!

67. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: CLOSE
On Joan tied in chair. RUN FOR CUTS with the gag in her mouth.
COVER reaction to Jeff's entrance. RUN FOR CUTS with gag off.
      COVER reaction to O.S. fight.

68. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM FULL
The Copperhead, back to CAMERA, is about to step through the
doorway when Joan's warning COMES OVER and he stops short and
      turns.

69. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM FULL
The Raven, flanked by Corey and Greg, stands watching The
Copperhead PAST CAMERA. Corey and Greg have guns drawn and
      have The Copperhead covered.

70. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: LONG FULL
The Copperhead, with hands raised slightly, maneuvers around so
that Corey and Greg have their backs to the doorway to the next
room. Jeff dives through and brings down Greg and they sprawl
on the floor. As Corey is distracted by this move The
Copperhead knocks his gun aside and slugs him, knocking him
against the wall near the doorway.
