                                                    #1001 EP. 10-7.

30. COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

31. INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY): LONG FULL
Walters, wearing hat and/or street clothes, approaches elevator
when Bob calls him. For a LATER CUT he walks O.S. to Bob,
      BEHIND CAMERA.

32. INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY): MEDIUM CLOSE
Bob and Jeff are standing in the open doorway to Wayne's office
as they are about to leave from previous scene. They spot
      Walters and Bob calls him.

           BOB:

Mr. Walters! Would you come in here for a moment?
           It's important.

33. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: MEDIUM FULL
Walters enters, escorted by Bob and Jeff. He removes his hat.

           BOB: (indicating chair)

           Please sit down, Mr. Walters.

           WALTERS: (sitting down)

I hope this won't take long. I have an appointment.

           BOB:

That depends on what you tell us.

           WALTERS:

I don't understand. What's this all about, Wayne?

BOB: (sits on edge of desk and indicates ring)

That ring you're wearing. It happens that The Raven
had one exactly like it when he tangled with The
           Copperhead and Jeff, yesterday.

           WALTERS:

What? Why, that's ridiculous. Anybody could have a
           ring like this.
