38.   CONTINUED:

           RANKIN:

           Yes.  He should be there by now.  I'll check the viewer.

           COREY:

           Wait a minute.  If you use it, won't Parker's panel pick
           it up too?

           RANKIN:

           No.  I installed only the video signal unit in the cell.
           The other panel won't activate unless we use the remote
           controls.

           COREY:

           Oh, yeah.  Sure!  Forgot about that.

      Corey looks at Greg as Rankin goes silent on the radio,
      apparently while checking the viewer.  Greg looks satisfied
      that Corey didn't know something for a change.

           COREY:  (to Greg)

           What are you grinning at, genius?

           GREG:

           No matter how smart you are, there's always somebody
           smarter.

           COREY:  (considering him and weighing reply)

           You gotta stop watching those quiz shows.

           RANKIN:

           Corey!

           COREY:  (into microphone again)

           Yeah?

           RANKIN:

           The bomb is set, and ready to go.
