DISSOLVE THRU TO:

64. INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE: LONG FULL
Corey, Greg and two N.D. heavies are searching the crates
stored there. The N.D.s are in B.G. while Corey and Greg stand
in F.G. A large truck with large grill is also there.

           GREG:

Look. I know you was sore, but you shouldn't have shot
the clerk. Now, it'll take all day to find that thing.

           COREY: (heatedly)

           I know. Just keep lookin’!

65.)
and) COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE ACTION AND DIALOGUE
66.)

67. INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE: MEDIUM CLOSE
On Corey as he bends behind some crates to examine some small
boxes. For a LATER CUT he reacts to the SOUND of Jeff's voice,
draws his gun and rises from shot.

68. INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE: MEDIUM FULL
The door opens slowly and Jeff enters cautiously, draws gun and
covers O.S. heavies. He does not see Corey kneeling behind
crate. Use this shot for COVER CUT also.

69. INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE: LONG FULL
Jeff enters from side, covering the heavies, as Greg moves over
to the N.D.s at Jeff's instructions.

           JEFF:

Find anything? Alright, Greg, move over there!
           Let's keep it neat.

This puts Jeff between Corey and the other heavies and Corey
rises, coming up behind him and slugging him with his gun, and
      Jeff crumples to the floor.
