                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                            EPISODE TWELVE


FADE IN:

 1.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      The Copperhead sees the truck coming and dives under the front
      of it so that it passes over him without harming him and
      crashes into the crates and boxes.


      (THE ABOVE SCENE IS THE TAKEOUT AND CUTS INTO THE OVERLAP)


 2.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  CLOSE FULL
      Corey and Greg react to the crash and decide to leave.

           COREY:

           That must have finished the tube.  Looks like their round.

           GREG:

           Yeah. C'mon, let's get outta here while we got the chance.

      They exit from scene.

 3.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  LONG FULL
      Corey and Greg leave the cover of the crates and run to the
      door and out.

 4.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Jeff runs from his cover behind crates in B.G., looking after
      the fleeing heavies, while The Copperhead crawls out from under
      the wrecked truck #11 and slowly gets to his feet.  Jeff walks
      over to him.

           JEFF:

           You okay?

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           I'm all right.  But the tube was in that truck.
           We'd better check it.
