"RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"
EPISODE THIRTEEN
FADE IN:
1. EXT. AIRPORT: MEDIUM FULL (APPLEBOX SHOT)
On the runway as the heavies’ car #8 rolls past CAMERA and Bob
and Corey roll on the ground, presumably after falling out of
the car. Corey gets to his feet, but Bob lies still. For a
LATER CUT Corey reacts to the O.S. explosion and then runs out
of scene. For a FINAL CUT Bob gets to his feet, reacts to O.S.
destruction and then runs out in same direction.
(THE ABOVE SCENE IS THE TAKEOUT AND CUTS INTO THE OVERLAP)
2. EXT. AIRPORT: LONG CLOSE
Corey runs in as Joan, holding the package, reacts in horror to
O.S. disaster. He grabs the package and runs out toward his
car. Joan is too confused to struggle. For a LATER CUT Bob
runs in to her and, with proper reactions, puts his arm around
her as she cries. For a FINAL CUT Jeff runs in, panting.
JEFF:
I almost had Greg, but Corey picked him up in the car,
and they got away.
Jeff reacts to Joan's crying and motions to Bob for an
explanation.
BOB:
The Professor was in that car.
JEFF:
Oh, honey, I'm sorry. (Then suddenly remembering)
What happened to the tube?
BOB: (gently)
Did they get it, Joan?
