25.   CONTINUED:

           COREY:

           I planted it in their lunch basket.  Think they'll
           swallow it okay?

           THE RAVEN:

           It's nearly noon now.  We'll wait and make sure.

      For a LATER CUT they look up and react to presumed O.S.
      explosion.

           THE RAVEN:

           Corey, you fool.  Why didn't you plant it where they
           wouldn't find it?

           COREY:

           Is it my fault they're hungry, too?  If you gotta yell
           at somebody, make it him for a change (indicating Greg).

           GREG:

           What’d I do?

           THE  RAVEN:

           I'll have to get back there, and see if they suspect
           anything.  You go to Barcroft's and I'll phone, or meet
           you there later.

      The Raven gets out of the car.

26.   EXT. PEARL-ELM GARAGE:  LONG MEDIUM
      The Raven gets out of the car and ducks back into the building
      as the heavies' car #2 exits.

DISSOLVE TO:

27.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  CLOSE FULL
      The phone rings on Bob's desk.  He enters scene, sits, and
      answers it.

           BOB:

           Hello.  Yeah, Jeff, how'd you make out?
