      As they get to their feet Greg kicks the gun from The
      Copperhead's hand, who slugs Greg, and he falls backward
      against a crate.  Greg throws a punch at The Copperhead, who
      comes back with two.

65.   INT. BARCROFT CHEMICAL COMPANY:  LONG FULL
      Corey suddenly notices the action with The Copperhead and runs
      toward him.  As Greg goes down Corey swings at The Copperhead,
      who blocks the punch and lands one of his own.  Corey returns
      the punch sending The Copperhead against a crate, and then
      picks up a chair, bringing it crashing down on the crate as The
      Copperhead ducks and comes up quickly, knocking Corey down.
      Roy revives and jumps back into the fight with The Copperhead,
      both landing on the floor.  They struggle for a moment, getting
      to their feet as they push apart.  Meanwhile, Greg has regained
      consciousness and is after Joan, who tosses a bottle at him.
      The Copperhead and Roy get to their feet and Roy lands a punch,
      returned by two from The Copperhead sending Roy down and out.
      By this time Corey is up again and tries to run up onto the
      loading platform, but The Copperhead leaps across, over or from
      a crate or table, and lands on Corey.  As they regain their
      footing The Copperhead lands two quick left jabs and a right
      cross.  Corey returns a punch and The Copperhead does the same.
      But Corey drops him with a punch to the stomach and a down-
      punch. Corey turns quickly and ascends the loading platform by
      stairs (if any) or climbing onto it and The Copperhead,
      regaining quickly, follows him and tackles him. As they
      struggle to get to their feet, Joan, seeing the action, grabs a
      hanging rope and swings from a crate across the acid vat to the
      platform.  Just as she gets there, The Copperhead lands a punch
      on Corey, who replies with two, sending him down.  Just as Joan
      is about to jump into the fight, Corey picks up a bag of
      chemical and throws it at her, knocking her off the platform.
      A "splash" is HEARD, as is the hissing of the acid.  Corey
      walks to the edge of the platform and, looking down at the
      bubbling acid, reacts with satisfaction.  (TRACK TO THIS POINT
