                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                           EPISODE FOURTEEN

FADE IN:

 1. INT. BARCROFT CHEMICAL COMPANY: MEDIUM FULL (UP ANGLE)
As Joan, hit by the chemical bag, falls from the platform, she
lands on bags of chemical near the vat and rolls off near (or
under) the platform. The thrown bag should exit out of shot in
      the direction of the vat.
(NOTE: A DOWN ANGLE MAY BE USED IF MORE EFFECTIVE)

(THE ABOVE SCENE IS THE TAKEOUT AND CUTS INTO THE OVERLAP)

 2. EXT. STREET OUTSIDE BARCROFT CHEMICAL COMPANY: MEDIUM FULL
On Joan's car #1 as Jeff's car #12 pulls in and stops. Jeff
gets out and checks out Joan's car and starts toward O.S.
      building, gun drawn.

 3. INT. BARCROFT CHEMICAL COMPANY: CLOSE FULL
Corey descends steps from platform as Greg joins him.

           COREY:

Well, at least we're rid of her.

           GREG:

You didn't get her. She fell on those bags.

           COREY:

           We'll fix that right now.

They start to go after her but react to Jeff's O.S. entrance
and run to rear door, exiting.

 4. INT. BARCROFT CHEMICAL COMPANY: MEDIUM FULL
Same angle as Episode 13 Scene 61. On the front door as Jeff
enters with gun drawn and sees the O.S. heavies escaping, but
is too late to prevent it.
