            BOB:

            Thanks, Professor.  With Joan and Jeff working with me
            we'll be in touch, just in case.

            PROFESSOR PARKER:

            I have what your father wanted me to give you in my
            car.  If you'll wait a moment, I'll get it.  Be right
            back.

       Parker then walks away from Bob down the length of the
       parking lot.  PAN SHOT.

and )  COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

 13.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE:  MEDIUM CLOSE
       On Parker's car #1 as he opens the door and removes from
       the front seat a small chest and manilla envelope.
       Before he can close the door, two men, COREY and GREG,
       step into scene with guns drawn and cover him.

            COREY:

            We'll take that!

            PROFESSOR PARKER:

            What's the meaning of this? Who are you?

            COREY:

            Class is over for today, Professor.  Hand it over!

       Corey takes the envelope and pockets it, but Parker throws
       the chest back in on the front seat of the car.

            COREY:

            Don't get cute!  Now, get it!

       Corey shoves Parker into the front seat of the car and his
       arm hits the horn.  FOR A LATER CUT Corey and Greg fire a
       couple of shots O.S. and run off.
