                                                     #1001 EP. 1-4.

  2. CONTINUED:

            BOB:

One more thing. The Professor's daughter, Joan, is an
excellent secretary, and I'd like to have her in my
office. This way I can keep a line on Parker's work
and devote full time to this job.

            MAXWELL:

Certainly, Bob. I'm sure that will be acceptable.

            BOB:

Fine. I'll make the arrangements this afternoon. I
have to see the Professor when he finishes work anyway.
As you know, he was an old friend of my father's, and
he phoned me this morning and said my father left
something with him to be delivered to me in the event
of his death. I'm hoping it's a clue to the Raven's
            identity.

            MAXWELL:

            That's fine, Bob, fine.

  8.)

DISSOLVE TO:

  9. EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE: LONG FULL
This is an establishing shot of the building and grounds.
This building, an actual location, is presumably the house
of Parker's laboratory, and has a large parking lot along
       side of it.

 10. EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE: MEDIUM FULL
Bob and Professor Parker are leaving the building, talking.

            PROFESSOR PARKER:

Of course I understand, Bob. The fiend that caused
the death of your father threatens us all and must be
brought to justice. It will be hard sparing you, and
Jeff, especially with the test coming up soon, but
            I'll manage. Don't worry.
