                                                    #1001 EP. 1-14.

 50. CONTINUED:

PROFESSOR PARKER: (taking papers from her)

Thanks, dear. I'd better put these in the safe until
            Bob arrives.

He rises from the desk and starts toward a wall. Corey's
voice COMES OVER and he turns.

            COREY: (O.S.)

Good idea, Professor. But your timing's bad.

 51. COVER CUT OF JOAN FOR ABOVE.

 52. INT. PARKER'S APARTMENT: MEDIUM CLOSE
On Corey and his men standing in front of open window with
guns drawn. NIGHT OUTSIDE. They walk to Parker and Joan,
CAMERA PANNING, and Corey takes the papers from him and
       puts them in his pocket.

            COREY: (taking papers in envelope)

Don't worry, Professor. Your invention will be put
            to good use.

Parker reacts with a look of contempt.

            COREY:

Don't be that way, Professor. Look at the bright
side. If you had put those plans in the safe, we
would have smeared half your place blowing it open
again. Okay, both of you over to that closet.
            C'mon, move!

Parker and Joan turn and walk slowly toward a closet, which
should, if possible, be located near the front door. Corey
is close behind them. CAMERA PANS.

 53.)
and) COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE
 54.)

 55. INT. HOTEL HALLWAY: MEDIUM CLOSE
Bob enters to Parker's door and stops, as SOUND of muffled
voices COMES OVER. He listens a moment, then removes hood
from pocket and removes his jacket and tie.
