#1001 EP. 1-19.
80. CONTINUED:
MAXWELL: (examines photo and passes it to next man)
But, even assuming your right, why would this man
hide his identity from you, if he intends to work
with you?
BOB:
Obviously if he has to step outside the limits of the
law to bring criminals to justice, he would be subject
to prosecution by the very society he's protecting.
MERTON:
Well, it would seem you have help whether you want
it or not. But I don't think it would be wise to
confide in anyone other than the committee.
BOB:
Don't worry. We won't take any unnecessary chances,
but we won't refuse any help we can get either.
LANDERS:
What about this test you mentioned? Perhaps The
Raven will be interested in that.
JEFF:
We've considered the possibility that an attempt might
be made to sabotage Professor Parker's test, so we'll
supervise it ourselves.
WALTERS:
When are you holding the test?
BOB:
Friday at the Municipal Airport. We'll be testing
the control cell in a small plane.
MAXWELL:
Well, good luck, Bob. And, if there's no further
business, gentlemen, I suggest we adjourn.
