                                                     #1001 EP. 2-3.

           BOB:

That won't be necessary. Professor Parker already has a
duplicate control cell, which was an added precaution in
case the one to be used for the test should malfunction.

           NOLAND:

That's fine, Bob. I hope it's in a safe place.

           BOB:

Oh, yes. It's in the safe at the Scientific Laboratories
Warehouse and will be in the government's hands by
           tonight.

           MAXWELL:

Well, gentlemen, I guess we've covered everything, for
today. Let's adjourn. Keep up the good work, Bob.

The Committee members leave the room and, as Bob, Joan and
Jeff are ready to follow them, Jeff remarks:

           JEFF:

Bob, I think I'd better take a run over to the warehouse
and keep an eye on things until the boys from Washington
           show up.

           BOB:

Good idea, Jeff. But I want you and Joan to go to the
lab and get a list from the Professor of the components
of the Seismotron and the places where those parts can
be gotten. I'll go to the warehouse, and call you if
           anything happens.
