                                                     #1001 EP. 2-2.

           BOB'S VOICE: (O.S.)

Professor! Professor! I smashed the control cell and
regained control of the plane just in time. But I'm
afraid we won't learn anything from whoever was in that
other plane. They weren't so lucky.

           PROFESSOR PARKER:

Glad you're safe, Bob. Come on in.

 6. INT. TEST PLANE #1: CLOSE (PROCESS & PLATE)
On Bob to cover above dialogue. For a LATER CUT he replaces
the microphone and steers the plane into a sharp bank.

 7. EXT. SKY: LONG FULL (STOCK)
The plane, as it banks and flies PAST CAMERA.
      (STOCK: "CRIMSON GHOST" EP. 6)

FADE OUT:

FADE IN:

 8. INT. COMMITTEE ROOM: LONG FULL
Bob and Jeff make their report while Joan takes notes.

           BOB:

And so, gentlemen, although hazardous, the test was
           successful.

           WALTERS:

But the control cell was lost. That's a major
catastrophe. It could take months to build another,
           with government requisitions.

           LANDERS:

I presume Parker has the plans more well guarded this
           time?

           MERTON:

You'd better keep a constant guard on Professor Parker
until his work on the new cell is completed. The Raven
is sure to make another try for it in all that time.
