55.   INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY):  LONG FULL
      Greg and the N.D. wheel the crate out of the elevator and park
      it opposite the door to Wayne's office.  They look about
      cautiously and draw their guns.

56.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  MEDIUM FULL  (PAN POSITION)
      Greg and the N.D. are standing at the doorway, which is open.
      Their guns are drawn and leveled at Jeff o.s.  CAMERA PANS
      them into the room to include Jeff and Corey.

           GREG:  (to Jeff)

           Okay.... Unlock the cuffs!

      Jeff removes the key from his pocket and unlocks the cuffs as
      Greg moves around behind him, keeping him covered.

           COREY:

           Well, it's about time you got here.  Just in time, too.
           Our friend here was just complaining about not getting
           enough sleep.  Think you can help him get some?

           GREG:  (raising gun to strike Jeff from behind)

           I think we can do something.

           THE COPPERHEAD'S VOICE:  (O.S.)

           Isn't that a little heavy for a sedative?

      Greg looks around at the sound of the voice behind him.

57.   INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY):  MEDIUM FULL
      On elevators as Bob gets off.

58.   INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY):  LONG FULL
      On Wayne's office door as Bob stops short and listens.  For a
      LATER CUT he loosens his tie and runs down corridor.  Door
      open.

59.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  CLOSE FULL
      The Copperhead enters thru window with gun drawn, covering
      heavies.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           Drop it!  Move over there!
