60.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  LONG FULL
      The Copperhead crosses from window to group as Greg moves
      Away as ordered.  Corey, still seated, kicks Jeff into The
      Copperhead who drops his gun, as Jeff lands on the floor.
      Greg lunges at The Copperhead, and lands a punch, which he
      returns, sending Greg momentarily down.  Corey leaps into
      scene, and turns The Copperhead around, landing a punch to
      the jaw, and one to the stomach, but The Copperhead ducks the
      next one and lands two of his own, sending Corey back near
      the door, where the N.D. is trying to get a clear shot at him.
      The Copperhead jumps the N.D., seizing his wrist, slamming him
      against the wall, and landing a punch, sending him down.
      Meanwhile, Corey is up again and slugs The Copperhead, who
      returns one, staggering him back against the table, following
      with another which knocks Corey backward through the open
      doorway into the lobby.

63.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  LONG MEDIUM  (PAN ACTION)
      Jeff gets groggily to his feet behind the desk, as Greg also
      gets up.  Greg glances at O.S. fight, then Jeff, and rushes
      over to him.  Greg and Jeff struggle for a moment, then Greg
      lands a punch, again sending Jeff to the floor.  Greg then
      picks up his gun, and slugs Jeff as he is about to rise.  The
      Copperhead runs into scene, and grabs Greg's gun hand, turning
      him around and slugging him, knocking him against the wall, as
      he drops the gun.  The Copperhead then lands three quick
      punches sending Greg down and out, then running quickly back
      to the N.D. knocking him down near the door.  The Copperhead
      makes a running tackle on the N.D. and both fly through the
      doorway into the lobby.

70.   INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY):  LONG FULL
      The Copperhead and the N.D. land into scene, and struggle on
      the floor a moment slamming against the crate, as they rise.
