           BOB:

           I'm afraid that's it.  He might even be The Raven himself.
           I should have thought of that earlier, when Corey showed
           up at the warehouse.  Only the Committee knew the
           duplicate cell was there.

           JOAN:

           Of course.  Corey and his men were there even before you
           got there.

           BOB:

           Well, it's a point in our favor.  Maybe we can use it to
           our advantage at the next meeting.

 8.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE:  REPEAT ESTABLISHING SHOT

DISSOLVE TO:

 9.   INT. PARKER'S LAB:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      This is an establishing shot of the electronics lab used by
      Parker.  It should be as impressive as possible.  In plain view
      is the control panel used in episode one.  Present in the scene
      are Parker, working at bench, Joan, standing beside him, and
      Jeff.

           PROFESSOR PARKER:  (showing Jeff the cell)

           By using transistors I can reduce the control cell to
           this size.

           JEFF:

           Now, just what will this reduced size do that the larger
           one won't?
