                                                    #1001 EP. 3-12.

52. CONTINUED:

           JOAN:

You've been seein' too many movies.

           COREY:

Look, sister. I'm only goin' to ask you once.

           JOAN:

           I hope so.

           COREY:

Okay. We'll see how long your nerve lasts. It always
           works in the movies.

Corey presses the button and the timer starts to move. HOLD
      FOR CUTS.

           COREY:

You'd better speak up kid, if you want to see the end of
this movie. Only a few seconds left.

           JOAN:

You won't mind if I close my eyes. I hate cliche endings.

           COREY:

Yeah, I know. This one might bore you.
53.)
and) COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE.
54.)

55. INSERT: CLOSE
On timer. Start with Corey's hand pressing button and let
timer run through until about one notch before the end, when
Corey's hand stops it. RUN THRU AGAIN FROM BEGINNING TO END.
Or shoot to cover all cuts.

56. EXT. UNDETERMINED STREET #3: LONG FULL
Bob's car #3 tears into scene and screaches to a stop. The
Copperhead gets out, looks about, and runs out of scene.
