40.   CONTINUED:

           JEFF:

           I'll take the panel to the warehouse.  I can make it in
           about ten minutes.  I'll keep watch from there and,
           when the boat comes within range, assume control and
           alter its course.

           PROFESSOR PARKER:

           Go ahead, Jeff, and good luck!

           JEFF:  (grabbing portable panel and starting for door)

           Joan!  You try to reach Bob by radio and tell him to get
           back here.

           JOAN:  (rushing over to radio)

           Okay, Jeff.

42.)  COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

44.   EXT. WATERFRONT:  LONG CLOSE
      Greg and an N.D. are loading boxes into a speedboat tied at a
      pier.  They place boxes into boat and start up path for another
      load.

45.   EXT. WATERFRONT:  MEDIUM FULL  (PAN SHOT)
      Greg and the N.D. walk along the pier to the spot where the
      boxes are piled and Corey stands.  Corey starts helping Greg
      and orders:

           COREY:  (to N.D.)

           Garrett!  You get up on the bridge and keep your eyes open
           for trouble.  I'll help Greg with the rest of the crates.

      The N.D. starts toward bridge and CAMERA FOLLOWS him until the
      bridge enters the shot.

WIPE TO:

46.   EXT. FOLEY'S FACTORY:  LONG TO CLOSE
      (SHOOTING THROUGH BOTH WINDOWS OF BOB'S CAR #3)
      Shooting through driver's window of car and open door opposite,
      we see in B.G. Bob, talking to security man N.D. near building.
