46.   CONTINUED:

           JOAN'S VOICE:  (from radio)

           Calling Bob Wayne.  Calling Bob Wayne.  Come in, Bob.

      Bob reacts to SOUND of radio and walks TO CAMERA and sits in
      car, taking mike.

           BOB:  (into mike)

           Yes, Joan.  What is it?

           JOAN'S VOICE:  (from radio)

           Bob, you picked the wrong target.  Corey is at the
           waterfront near Tri-City Bridge loading explosives into a
           speedboat.  Jeff thinks they're gonna hit Foley's
           warehouse.  He's on his way there now.

           BOB:  (into mike)

           Thanks, Joan.  I'm on my way.

      He quickly drops mike, slides behind wheel, closes door and
      drives out.

DISSOLVE TO:

47.   INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE:  LONG FULL  (PAN POSITION)
      Jeff enters with case in hand and rushes over to office door,
      entering.

48.   INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE OFFICE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Jeff enters office quickly as Foley, seated at desk near
      window, stands, with a start.

           JEFF:

           Mr. Foley, I'm Jeff Stevens of the Investigating
           Committee.  The Raven isn't attacking your plant after
           all.  In fact, at this moment his men are preparing to
           send a boat loaded with explosives crashing into this
           warehouse.

           FOLEY:

           What!?  But, we've got to do something!
