55.   COVER CUT OF THE COPPERHEAD PEERING OVER RAIL AT TOP OF STEPS
      PRIOR TO FIGHT.

56.   EXT. BRIDGE:  LONG MEDIUM
      Corey and Greg walk up to truck and Greg turns to look up at
      the bridge.  He reacts to what he sees and cries:

           GREG:

           Hey, look!  The Copperhead's got Garrett!

           COREY:

           He hasn't got a chance this time.  I'll get the boat
           started before he can get down here.  Once it's headed
           right we can beat it.

57.   COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

58.   EXT. BRIDGE:  LONG FULL  (UP ANGLE)
      On N.D. and The Copperhead fighting near rail on bridge.  The
      Copperhead lands several quick blows.  FOR A LATER CUT the
      N.D. (dummy) topples over the rail to the ground below.

      (TRACK FOR FIGHT AND FALL "CRIMSON GHOST” EP. 6 MIDDLE)

59.   EXT. BRIDGE:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      On Corey in rear of panel truck #7 working control panel.
      HOLD FOR CUTS.

60.   EXT. WATERFRONT:  LONG FULL
      At the pier as the speedboat motor starts and it starts to move
      out of scene, slowly gaining speed.  NO PEOPLE IN SCENE.

61.   EXT. BRIDGE:  LONG FULL  (KNEE LEVEL P.O.V.)
      The Copperhead runs from BEHIND CAMERA LEFT to rail in B.G.  He
      stops and looks over rail.  FOR A LATER CUT he turns and runs
      to F.G. diving over CAMERA.

62.   EXT. BRIDGE:  CLOSE COVER CUT OF THE COPPERHEAD AT RIGHT RAIL
      He looks down at fallen N.D. heavy, and truck.  Then reacts to
      the SOUND of boat motor starting and turns quickly, running out
      of shot.

63.   EXT. BRIDGE:  CLOSE
      The Copperhead as he reaches the left rail, looks over, and
      runs out.
