                                                    #1001 EP. 5-12.

48. CONTINUED:

JEFF: (placing case on desk and opening it)

Don't worry, Mr. Foley. I think this will blow their
           plans.

           FOLEY:

           What's that?

           JEFF:

I'll explain while I set it up, Mr. Foley.

49. COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

50. EXT. WATERFRONT: MEDIUM FULL
Corey and Greg have loaded the last boxes into the boat.

           COREY:

Okay, let's get back to the truck and get this thing
going. The controls should be warmed up by this time.

They start walking away from boat.

51. EXT. BRIDGE: LONG FULL (PAN POSITION)
On a dirt road at bridge base Bob's car #3 pulls to a stop
under cover of trees and bushes and The Copperhead gets out and
walks toward truck, CAMERA PANNING. Upon reaching the truck he
looks about for heavies and reacts as he looks up at N.D. on
bridge. For a LATER CUT he runs toward steps of bridge.

52. COVER CUT FOR ABOVE ACTION

53. EXT. BRIDGE: LONG FULL (UP ANGLE)
On the N.D. heavy standing at the end of the bridge as lookout.

54. EXT. BRIDGE: LONG MEDIUM
The N.D. stands there, looking up and down the bridge. FOR A
LATER CUT The Copperhead comes up behind him from the stairs
and as the N.D. turns The Copperhead clips him on the chin,
sending him down with two punches. He then leaps onto the N.D.
and they struggle, the N.D. catching him in the stomach with
his feet and kicking him backward. The N.D. runs to a spot
over the first arch of the bridge, where The Copperhead tackles
him and they again exchange punches (well divided).
