                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                              EPISODE SIX

FADE IN:

 1. EXT. LAKE: MEDIUM FULL (PROCESS OR WIDE ANGLE)
The Copperhead is about to leap from the speeding boat when the
sharp turn in its course causes him to plunge backward into the
boat. But, he falls on the main outer structure of the boat
separating the front and back seats and rolls off to the left
      into the water.

 2. EXT. LAKE: MEDIUM FULL
The Copperhead comes to the surface and after looking off for
a moment a LATER CUT shows him swimming off, presumably toward
      shore.

(THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)

DISSOLVE TO:

 3. EXT. BRIDGE: MEDIUM FULL (SAME LOCATION AS EP. 5 - #51)
Returning from his swim Bob enters scene to car #3 and removes
his hood after glancing around to be sure that he is not
observed. He puts the hood into the car and takes his suit
      jacket from the rear seat.

DISSOLVE TO:

 4. INT. FOLEY'S WAREHOUSE OFFICE: MEDIUM FULL
Jeff is about to leave the office with his suitcase control
panel, while Foley congratulates him on a job well done.

           FOLEY:

Fine work, Mr. Stevens. It's fortunate for me you arrived
           here in time.

           JEFF:

It was a gamble, and it worked. I feel a little fortunate
           myself.

As they are about to open the door, Bob opens it coming in and
      confronts them.
