18.   CONTINUED:

           FOLEY:

           No, not at all.  Let me show you around.

           COREY:

           That's very good of you, Mr. Foley.  I'll try not to take
           much of your time.

      Foley has risen from his desk while completing his last line
      and walks to the door, opening it for Corey, who leaves first,
      followed by Foley.

and)  COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

21.   INT. FOLEY'S FACTORY:  MEDIUM FULL
      Foley escorts Corey to the first section of machinery and
      begins to explain:

           FOLEY:

           Now here are the steel presses where the sheet metal is
           compressed.  It is the finest in modern equipment.

      While Foley has his back turned, Corey plants one of the tiny
      bombs, which he takes from his briefcase, behind some cover
      (perhaps a machine).  He finishes before Foley finishes what
      he is saying and turns to face him.

           COREY:

           Yes, I see.  Excellent.

           FOLEY:

           Now, over here, we have the drill presses, which are....

      Foley leads Corey out of scene as his dialogue trails out.

22.   INSERT:  CLOSE FULL  (PAN)
      Corey's hand removing bomb from the briefcase and hiding it.
