                                                     #1001 EP. 7-5.

17. CONTINUED:

           JEFF:

Hey! If you should run into The Copperhead somewhere,
drag him along. He could come in handy if we need help.

Bob smiles as he enters the car after Jeff has left the scene.

18. COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

DISSOLVE TO:

19. INT. WALL SILLHOUETTE: MEDIUM FULL
The Raven, out of costume and presumably one of the committee
members, picks up the phone (in shadow) and calls his hide-out.

           RAVEN:

Corey? Jeff Stevens is planning to check out the
warehouse from the water. Have a couple of your men....

FADE OUT:

FADE IN:

20. EXT. WATERFRONT: LONG FULL
Jeff walks from the road down onto the pier and up to a boat
tied there. He gets into the speedboat after untying it and
starts the motor, slowly taking off from the pier.
(NOTE: THIS CAN BE THE SAME PIER AS IN EP. 5)

21. COVER CUT FOR ABOVE ACTION

22. EXT. LAKE: LONG FULL
Jeff's speedboat #1 heading toward arched opening in bridge in
      background.

23. EXT. LAKE: CLOSE FULL
On two heavies seated in the boat looking backward at bridge in
      background.

           DRIVER HEAVY:

We'll wait until Stevens comes under the bridge and take
off after him. Once we follow him down the river a way we
           can finish him.
