                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"

                             EPISODE TEN

FADE IN:

 1. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: CLOSE FULL
Toward the bottom of the doorway as The Copperhead falls into
scene and bounces off the door frame onto the floor in F.G. as
his gun drops through the doorway causing the spark shower.

(THE ABOVE SCENE IS THE TAKEOUT AND CUTS INTO THE OVERLAP)

 2. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM FULL
The Raven picks up his glove and the plans, and Corey, who has
been struggling on the floor with Jeff, gets to his feet and
joins him. Greg, who has also gotten to his feet, runs into
scene, and all three react to Jeff as they turn and run out
through the front door CAMERA PANNING with them.

 3. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: CLOSE FULL
On Jeff as he reacts to the three heavies, looks about, sees a
gun on the floor and grabs for it. For a LATER CUT he swings
it around to fire at the fleeing heavies, but it is too late.
He looks O.S. and CAMERA PANS UP as he rises.

 4. INT. DESERTED BUILDING: MEDIUM FULL
The Copperhead revives and begins to rise from the floor as
Jeff enters scene and helps him.

JEFF: (glancing at the wired doorway)

Pheew! That was a close one. Two inches more and you'd
           have been medium rare.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           I know.

           JOAN: (O.S.)

Hey, did you forget about me?
