 4.   CONTINUED:

           JEFF:

           Oh well, I guess a trade is a trade.

           THE COPPERHEAD:  (indicating Jeff's gun)

           Use that on the wires.

      Jeff fires a couple of shots at the wires, causing a small
      spark shower, and he and The Copperhead pass through the
      doorway into the back room.

 5.   COVER CUT ON JOAN FOR ABOVE

 6.   INT. DESERTED BUILDING:  MEDIUM FULL
      The Copperhead and Jeff enter the back room and untie Joan, who
      gets to her feet during the ensuing dialogue.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           I'm sorry, Miss Parker.  I lost your father's plans.
           But, during the struggle, I saw a ring on The Raven's
           left hand with the letter "W."

           JEFF:

           Why, that could mean Walters is our man.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           Yes, but we must be certain.  Drop me off at Bob's
           office, then take Miss Parker home.  I'll go over a
           plan with Bob, and at the next committee meeting....
