46.   INT. ELEVATOR:  CLOSE FULL
      On Jeff operating elevator.

47.   INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Bob runs into scene and discards jacket and tie, donning hood.
      He opens the window and exits onto fire escape O.S.

48.   EXT. COMMITTEE BUILDING FIRE ESCAPE:  LONG FULL  (UP ANGLE)
      The Copperhead climbs down the fire escape rapidly.

49.   EXT. PEARL-ELM GARAGE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Walters comes out of the rear building elevator and runs toward
      his car, which is presumed to be at the far end of the lot.
      For a LATER CUT run thru with Jeff.

50.   EXT. PEARL-ELM GARAGE:  CLOSE FULL  (INT. CAR #2)
      Corey and Greg react to Walters fleeing from Jeff.

           COREY:

           Hey!  Somethin's up!  That's Walters. He's on the
           Committee.

           GREG:

           Yeah.  And there's Stevens, right on his tail.

           COREY:

           Wait a minute.  You suppose Walters is the boss?

           GREG:

           Could be.  I got no idea.

           COREY:

           He must be.  Get a load o' that!  The Copperhead too!
           We'd better tail him, in case the boss needs help.

51.   EXT. PEARL-ELM GARAGE:  LONG FULL
      Walters comes running in and stops short just around the
      corner, reacting to O.S. Copperhead.  For a LATER CUT he turns
      and starts back but stops again, reacting to O.S. Jeff.  For a
      FINAL CUT he sees the panel truck and runs to it, getting in
      and driving out.
