                                                    #1001 EP. 11-3.

WIPE OR DISSOLVE TO:

 9. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: MEDIUM FULL
The Copperhead climbs in the window and quickly removes hood,
glancing nervously at the door as he picks up his jacket from
where he left it in Ep. 10 Scene 47 and dons it.

10. INT. COMMITTEE BUILDING (UPPER LOBBY): MEDIUM FULL
The elevator doors open and Jeff steps out, walking O.S. to
      Bob's office door.

11. INT. WAYNE'S OFFICE: MEDIUM CLOSE (PAN)
Bob is straightening his tie as he HEARS Jeff's footsteps in
the corridor. He sits at the desk and quickly drops the hood
into the desk drawer. CAMERA PANS QUICKLY TO DOOR as Jeff
opens it and walks in, CAMERA PANNING him to desk.

           BOB:

Well, what's the word? Good, or bad?

           JEFF:

Both. Walters took the panel truck and drove out to
the bridge. I ran into The Copperhead in the parking
lot, and we took off after him.

           BOB:

           That's good!

           JEFF:

We ran into Corey and Greg again, who were doing their
best to keep us away from Walters, so I guess we guessed
           right.

           BOB:

           That's good.

           JEFF:

But, when Walters was going over the bridge, the truck
exploded, and half the bridge with it.

           BOB:

           Oohhh. That's bad.
