24.   CONTINUED:

           GREG:

           Stay here!  I'm gonna get the layout first.  Let's
           do this thing right.

      Greg gets out of the car and walks leisurely into the yard and
      up to the platform where two men are loading a shipment into
      the truck.

           GREG:

           Excuse me.  Do you know where Edson Shipping Warehouse is?

           TRUCKER:  (pointing)

           Yeah, it's about three blocks down.

           GREG:  (glancing at one of the boxes)

           Thanks!

      Greg walks back out through the gate and the two truckers
      continue to work.

25.   COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

26.   INSERT:  CLOSE
      On small boxes on the loading platform.  Marked on the sides of
      some of the boxes are "FRAGILE", "HANDLE WITH CARE", "GLASS".
      One of the boxes is marked "PROF. EDWIN PARKER"

27.   EXT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  CLOSE FULL  (INT CAR #2)
      Greg opens the door and re-enters the car. He talks to the
      N.D.s and picks up the microphone.

           GREG:  (to N.D.s)

           I'd better call Corey.....  I mean, the boss, and tell
           him the score before we move in.

           GREG:  (into microphone)

           Calling R-l!  Calling R-l!

           COREY:

           Yeah, Greg.  What do you want?
