27.   CONTINUED:

           GREG:

           There's a truck here right now loading a bunch of boxes
           marked for Parker.  How do I know which one it is?

           COREY:

           Never mind which one.  Take the whole load.  We'll find
           it when you get back.

           GREG:  (replacing microphone and turning to N.D.s)

           Okay boys.  Take care of those drivers and finish loading
           that truck.

28.   INT. THE RAVEN'S MAIN ROOM:  CLOSE FULL
      COVER CUT of Corey at radio for his dialogue in previous scene.

29.   INT. THE RAVEN'S MAIN ROOM:  MEDIUM FULL
      Rankin is standing at the table and Corey walks into scene.

           COREY:

           Well, now who's the brain?

           THE RAVEN'S VOICE:  (O.S.)

           You should know the answer to that question, Corey.

      Corey whirls around in surprise.  Rankin also reacts as they
      both look O.S. in same direction.

30.   INT. THE RAVEN'S MAIN ROOM:  CLOSE FULL
      OPEN on The Raven.  HOLD for a couple of seconds then DOLLY
      BACK to a fuller shot and PAN him over to the table to bring in
      Corey and Rankin.  As soon as Corey enters shot he begins his
      lines.

           COREY:

           Boss!  But.....  I.....  I thought.....

           THE RAVEN:

           You thought you could take over.  Replace me.
