73.   CONTINUED:

      Corey, Greg and Burt, at the front of the truck, wait for N.D.
      #13 to kill Jeff.

74.   COVER CUT FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

75.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  CLOSE FULL
      On the warehouse door as The Copperhead enters cautiously, gun
      in hand, looks off, reacts and fires once. For a LATER CUT he
      runs out of scene.

76.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      At the rear of the truck, N.D. #13 stands over Jeff, who lies
      unconscious on the floor, and is about to shoot him when shot
      COMES OVER from O.S.  The N.D. is hit and falls.  For a LATER
      CUT Jeff awakes, quickly scans the action, and kicks Burt who
      falls into Corey and Greg before the can draw their guns.

77.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  CLOSE COVER CUT
      Of Jeff, unconscious and regaining consciousness.

78.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Corey, thrown off balance from previous scene, lunges into
      scene and falls against the side of the truck. He picks up a
      prop and throws it O.S., then runs out in that direction,
      CAMERA PANNING him to front of truck where The Copperhead
      rushes in to him and they struggle.

79.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      The Copperhead rushes into shot as the prop thrown by Corey
      hits his gun, knocking it from his hand, and it flies across
      the floor behind him.  He runs out ahead.

80.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  MEDIUM FULL
      Jeff gets to his feet in time to meet Burt, who starts for him.
      Jeff slugs him, knocking him down.  Greg has regained his
      footing and jumps Jeff.  They fall against a large crate,
      turning it over on top of it.

81.   INT. GOVERNMENT WAREHOUSE:  LONG FULL
      The Copperhead is struggling at the front of the truck with
      Corey.  Corey lands a punch, staggering him a moment, but as
      Corey tries again The Copperhead blocks it and lands a three
      punch routine, knocking him down and out.  The Copperhead turns
      in time to see Burt get up and run over to the gun on the
      floor, about ten feet in front of the truck.  The Copperhead
      runs over and as Burt grabs the gun he dives onto him, both
      falling to the floor and the gun spins across the floor over
      near some crates near the wall farthest away from the front of
