                      "RETURN OF THE COPPERHEAD"


                            EPISODE FIFTEEN


FADE IN:

 1.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  LONG CLOSE  (NIGHT)
      Bob's car #3 pulls to a stop across from T & G building and Bob
      gets out.  He stands beside the car a moment, then reacts to
      O.S. action and runs off toward it.

 2.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  CLOSE FULL  (NIGHT)
      On Bob for his reactions as he gets out of car, looks up O.S.
      and runs out.

 3.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  LONG CLOSE  (NIGHT)
      Bob runs in from previous scene and past heavies' car #2,
      starting up steps to fire escapes.

 4.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  MEDIUM FULL  (NIGHT)
      On the second roof landing as Bob runs in from previous scene
      and kneels beside the body of The Copperhead.  He removes the
      hood to reveal Jeff under it.  For a LATER CUT Bob reacts to
      the SOUND of the heavies' car starting up and rushes to the top
      of the steps at the end of the fire escape.

      (THE ABOVE SCENES ARE THE TAKEOUT AND CUT INTO THE OVERLAP)


 7.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  LONG MEDIUM  (NIGHT)
      The Raven, Corey and Greg enter the heavies' car #2 from street
      and start it up.  For a LATER CUT it pulls out.

 8.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  MEDIUM CLOSE  (NIGHT)
      On the top steps of the fire escape as Bob runs to F.G. and
      stops, looking past CAMERA, raising gun and firing.

 9.   EXT. 50 FRANKLIN STREET:  LONG FULL  (DOWN ANGLE)  (NIGHT)
      An extra long shot from Bob's P.O.V. on fire escape showing the
      heavies' car #2 backing out onto street and driving off. (THIS
      SCENE MAY ALSO BE USED IN EPISODE ONE)
