and)  COVER CUTS FOR ABOVE DIALOGUE

40.   EXT. BUSHES NEAR TOWER:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      The Copperhead and Joan emerge silently from the bushes and
      look O.S.

           THE COPPERHEAD:  (looking up O.S.)

           They've got the Seismotron on the roof.  I've got to
           get up there.  Do you think you can handle the lookouts?

           JOAN:

           I've got Jeff's gun, and a box of shells.  I'll be okay.

           THE COPPERHEAD:

           Alright.  If I don't make it, try to get back to the car
           and radio the location of the place.  Tell them to bomb
           it if necessary.

41.   EXT. BANCROFT TOWER:  LONG FULL  (EXTREME UP ANGLE)
      On The Raven and Rankin with the Seismotron showing over the
      edge of the tower.

42.   EXT. BANCROFT TOWER:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      At the rear of the tower The Copperhead rounds corner of
      building in B.G.  He runs to CAMERA past arched entrance way
      and looks up.

43.   EXT. BANCROFT TOWER:  LONG MEDIUM
      At the rear of the tower The Copperhead runs from CAMERA to
      base of tower wall in B.G. and starts to climb.  Carry as far
      as possible.  For a LATER CUT, PANNING him UP, The Copperhead
      reaches the three windows in the center.

44.   EXT. BANCROFT TOWER:  CLOSE FULL
      In the center passage way inside the tower The Copperhead
      finishes climbing through the window, draws his gun, looks
      around and runs to stairs in B.G.  He starts up.

45.   EXT. BANCROFT TOWER:  MEDIUM FULL
      On tower roof shooting into stairway entrance.  The Copperhead
      silently appears from below, gun drawn.  He looks about and
      starts to and past CAMERA.
