                                                   #1001 EP. 15-17.

91. CONTINUED:

           JOAN:

So? What do you care? The Copperhead's a hero now.

           BOB:

Yeah, but he's going into retirement for the duration.
Besides..... Hey! We're eating at your place tonight,
           aren't we?

           JOAN:

           I've spoiled you, that's what's the matter.

They start toward the door when a SIREN COMES OVER and Bob
turns quickly to CAMERA. Joan turns him toward her again,
reaches into his jacket pocket and removes the hood.

           JOAN:

           Aahh-ah!

She reaches toward CAMERA over the desk and drops the hood.

           JOAN:

Oohhh, I'm going to have trouble with you, I can see
           that now.

She begins to put her arms around his neck as he wraps his
around her waist and CAMERA PANS DOWN to a CLOSE FULL shot of
the desk only. On it are the following items: in F.G, the
newspaper, with a fitting headline, and on it the hood; in
B.G., framed portrait of Robert Wayne, Sr. and opposite it a
      framed portrait of Jeff.
