18.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE:  CLOSE FULL
      Corey and Greg are seated in front seat of car #2 watching
      action of scene #17.  As Greg reaches for gun, Corey says:

           COREY:

           Not now.  We'll follow 'em and wait 'til the right time.

19.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE:  LONG FULL
      Jeff's car #1 drives out of parking lot and CAMERA PANS BACK to
      run thru with heavies' car #2 which follows.

20.   EXT. INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTE (STREET):  LONG FULL
      Jeff's car #1 enters from parking lot and turns off toward
      Lincoln Square.  CAMERA PANS BACK and follows through with
      heavies' car #2.

DISSOLVE TO:

21.   EXT. FOSTER STREET (SHOOTING FROM MAIN):  LONG FULL
      Jeff's car #1 comes up Foster Street TOWARD CAMERA and parks
      across street from store.  The heavies' car #2 pulls to a
      stop just past the store, opposite Jeff's car.

22.   EXT. FOSTER STREET:  MEDIUM FULL
      Joan gets out of Jeff's car #1 and, before closing door and
      exiting, says to Jeff:

           JOAN:

           Be back in a minute.

23.   EXT. FOSTER STREET:  LONG FULL  (P.O.V.)
      SHOOTING FROM IN FRONT of heavies' car #2 we PAN Joan across
      the street, HOLDING as she enters the store.  By this time
      the windshield of the heavies' car has entered the shot and
      Corey, seated at the wheel, is looking in the outside mirror.

           COREY:

           Take the wheel, and keep it running.

      Corey exits from car, closing door, and slowly starts down the
      sidewalk to store in B.G.

24.   INT. ELECTRONICS STORE:  MEDIUM CLOSE
      Joan stands at the counter, as the clerk enters to her.
